GeNell Custom Designz is committed to getting the job done. We will go over fabric color, texture, and measurements. You can count on us to be professional, timely, efficient and make sure you’re satisfied every step of the way.
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions: • All payments must be made in full prior to the start of any item(s). • Payments completed via PayPal, Cashapp, and Cash. We do not accept checks. • All custom orders are non-refundable. • Apparel items will not be refunded if the wrong size is ordered. • Prices vary due to size, detail of design, materials used & availability of materials. • Please allow 4-8 weeks for the completion of item(s) after payment has been received. *Rush orders are available for an added charge. Please let me know if you will need your item(s) sooner & I will add the rush fee into your price. Fees are based on size, the number of items & materials needed to complete rush orders. • Custom designs will be made after payment is complete within 48hrs. Payment includes 3 mock designs. If any additional revisions are needed, they will be done so at an additional cost. Please note that most projects are able to be completed within the 3-mock design limit. • All items are handmade to order. Please note because of this, placement & colors from pictures on electronic devices may vary slightly. • GeNell Sew Boutique reserves the right to photograph all products & use photographs in social media & advertising. If you are ordering an item(s) as a gift OR would not like your item(s) to be featured (insert sad face here) we will respect your wishes & share/not share until a later date/time.
